Welcome Gathering

Please make your own travel arrangements to Miller ​Park. We encourage you to walk if possible and carpool ​if not!

Late Night Party

(<35's only!)

Late Night Party, buses will meet you at Miller Park at ​8pm for a 15-minute ride to the venue (4355 Huffsmith ​Hill Rd.)

Return buses will depart at 10:30pm and 12am with drop-​offs at Miller Park in Jackson and Stilson Lot near ​Wilson.

July 6th

We kindly ask that you use the provided shuttle service the ​Wedding Ceremony & Reception at Snake River Ranch - ​Giltner Site.

Shuttles will depart the following stops at the times listed below:

• Miller Park (255 W. Deloney) @ 3:05pm
• 365 Snow King Loop @ 2:45pm
• Smith‘s Grocery (1425 US-89) @ 3:05pm
• Stilson Lot (1455 Beckley Park Way @ 3:20pm

Buses will depart the venue at 8:30 and 10pm, returning to the ​stops listed above and taking guests to the After Party at ​Handfire Pizza. All guests welcome!

• What should I wear?

• Rodeo:
  
• Totally casual. If you’re looking for a moment to wear your ​cowboy hat, this is it! Wear closed shoes - it can be muddy!
  
• Welcome Gathering:
  
• Casual! Whatever you’d wear to a picnic in a park.
  
• Wedding Ceremony & Reception:
  
• Wear what makes you feel fabulous! Semi-formal (coat, tie ​optional), but have fun with it!
  
• Bring a layer for the chilly evenings and shoes you can walk on ​grass in.
  

• What else should I pack?
  
• Plan ahead for any outdoor adventures. Recommended clothing ​for optional activities can be found here. The weather can change ​on a dime here, so bring layers.
  

• Do I need a car?
  
• We strongly recommend renting a car to get the most out of ​Jackson Hole.
